After two seasons with Dinamo Minsk, Oleg Yevenko stays in the KHL and changes to Traktor Chelyabinsk.

The 29-year-old, born in the Belarusian capital Minsk, succeeded as a 17-year-old in jumping from the U18 of the Krefeld EV from Germany, in the US to „Fargo Force“ in the USHL. After two years, the change to the NCAA to „UMass (Amherst)“ followed. There the scouts became aware of him and he played four games for the first time in AHL at the Airondack Phantoms in 2014-15. He stayed with AHL on three different teams for four more years: „Lake Erie Mosters“, „Cleveland Mosters“ and „Stockton Heat“. For Saiaon 2018-19 Yevenko is returning to Belarus to play at his home club „Dinamo Minsk“ in the KHL. Now, after two seasons, Traktor Chelyabinsk signed the tall defender (2.01m).

Yevenko was also active for the Belarusian national team. He played with the U18 at a world championship. For the senior team, he played five world championships and one Olympic qualification.
