On matchday two of the U18 World Cup in Sweden, Latvia had to play against hosts Sweden. The “three-crown” team lost to the opening match against the USA with 1-6.
Latvia got off to a good start and Zabusovs scored the 1-0 (8.) after a nice single action. Sweden came a little later to a power play and Hendriksson meets to 1-1 (12.).
